COVID 19 BUSINESS UPDATE

Hello, fellow homebodies,

I hope you are safe and well amid everything.

I am adhering to social distancing and other government directions during this unprecedented time.

In another effort to limit contact, I am more than happy to provide photos and videos of all pieces if you want to purchase from MASIKA ATELIER. Please note customers will need to load furniture on their own and I must receive and confirm all secure payments via this platform before pick up.

DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

I am yet to open a traditional retail space. All items are sold and picked up from our studio once your order has been confirmed.

WHAT TYPE OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

All payments must be through www.masikaatelier.com
I do not accept cash or money transfer.

DO YOU PUT ITEMS ON HOLD FOR CUSTOMERS?

I'm unable to hold any item. I must receive and confirm all secure payments via this platform before pick up.

I LIKE AN ITEM BUT I NEED IT IN A DIFFERENT COLOUR. CAN YOU REPAINT IT?

I'm unable to repaint completed furniture on my website. I am open to receiving custom requests and will advise of feasibility before progressing. You can do this by contacting me at hello@masikaatelier.com

Please note all furniture is unique and pre-loved. I will do everything I can to carry your vision. Be prepared for variation due to furniture availability.

CAN I DROP OFF FURNITURE THAT I WANT TO GET RID OF?

If you would like to donate a piece of furniture to my business, please email me with photos, videos and measurements.

Please note I do not purchase furniture via this platform and all donated pieces must be dropped off at my studio at an agreed time.

DO YOU DELIVER?

On occasion, I am open to delivering some pieces within Melbourne. Please send me an email with your requested address before purchasing and I will confirm my availability. Please note there is an added discretionary cost for delivery.

Generally, please come prepared to take your piece home in your vehicle OR arrange transportation with a rental/moving company.

DO YOU SHIP NATIONALLY AND INTERNATIONALLY?

On occasion, I am open to shipping some pieces nationally and internationally. Please send me an email with your requested address before purchasing and I will confirm the added couriers cost. Please also note you will also be charged extra for shipping packaging, protection and insurance.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO TRANSPORT MY NEW PIECE HOME?

  • Please ensure you arrive at my studio with a cleaned out, enclosed SUV, truck, or van for larger pieces such as dressers. 
  • Bring enough blankets or towels to wrap around or cushion your item from friction.
  • If you will be transporting your piece in an open truck bed or open trailer, please bring a large tarp and rope or tie down straps to protect your piece from the weather.
  • It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to protect their finished items from damage. 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR REFUNDS?
